Kendriya Vidyalaya ONGG is a center of excellence in the field of Agartala education. Under the ONGC Tripura Project, the school was established in the year 1983 with the primary section only. Now there are science and arts and commerce streams in each class from 2 to 12th standard and in senior secondary classes. The school has its own separate place.
